Your law office manages your matters and decides what appears for you in the app and the portal. Anything about a case, a hearing, a document or an amount should go to your office directly — we do not have access to the contents of your files and cannot answer for them.

You can also send your office a request from inside the app: the “My requests” tab → “New request”.

The client app is invitation-only; there is no self sign-up. Ask your office to send you an invitation link, then open that link on your device.

Ask your office to send a password-reset link, then open it and choose a new password.

If the app will not open, notifications do not arrive, or you see an error, write to us and include: your device model, its operating system, and the app version (Settings → About).

From inside the app: Settings → Request account deletion. What is removed and what is retained is set out in the privacy policy.

The Qanoun 365 Client App is free. It is available only by invitation from your law office, it contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions, and nothing in it can be bought or unlocked. Your law office licenses the web platform; you are never charged for the app.

The app is read-only where money is concerned. It shows the fees and statements your office has recorded, so you can see what you owe your lawyer. No payment can be made in the app, and Qanoun 365 never collects or handles money from clients. Settle any amount with your office directly, as you normally would.
