Privacy Policy

Your law office is the controller of your legal-matter data. The office decides what is shared with you through the portal or the app.

We operate the platform on the office's behalf and on its instructions. We do not use the content of your matters for any purpose of our own.

Account data: your name, phone number, username, and email address if you provide one.

Technical data: a device identifier, a push-notification token, and de-identified crash diagnostics.

Matter content: the cases, hearings, procedures, documents and statements your office chooses to share with you — nothing more.

We do not collect location or contacts, we show no advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

If you enable fingerprint or face unlock, that biometric data stays on your device. It never reaches us or your office; the system tells the app only whether the unlock succeeded.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS, and data cached on your device is encrypted at rest.

Access is by invitation from your office only — there is no self sign-up.

We host the platform on Amazon Web Services and use Google Firebase for push notifications and crash reporting. Neither is used for advertising.

You can request deletion from inside the app: Settings → Request account deletion.

Your access and your personal data at the platform level are removed. Your legal matters and documents remain with your office under statutory retention periods, because they are the office's records.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data. Because your office is the controller of your matter data, such requests go to the office first, and we assist the office in carrying them out.
